A detailed description of the planned launch schedule and expected release
Dear clients,
Shipping/release times to our destinations are changing as follows:
ENGLAND - course closes Saturday evening, physically departs Monday morning, expected unloading Friday/Monday. Additional need +1 day for processing after unloading;
GERMANY - course closes Friday/Saturday, physically leaves for Bulgaria Monday morning. Expected unloading Wednesday, additional need +1 day for processing after unloading;
SPAIN - courses are scheduled to go on Friday, often due to forwarding, they depart with a delay. Travel time - 2 weeks.
USA - between the 5th and 10th of each month information is submitted for kg. and volume to the airport company. The course is closed, within a week after that it is lifted. Travel time + customs processing - about a month.
IMPORTANT! Shipments are ready for collection as soon as the status/redaction "Arrived" appears in your email, in orange font.

In order to provide a faster, quality and adequate service from destination Spain, we are currently in the process of changing our address there. We hope to offer a new one for you soon, and our old one in Madrid will accept the shipments you have already ordered until April 31, 2023. Please discontinue your orders and delete any Spanish addresses entered on shopping sites to avoid purchasing by mistake. We are not responsible for and will not be able to assist with shipments received at the address after this date.
