Why?
You need Address Pick-up when:
- The retailer you are shopping at cannot provide delivery to our facility.
- Delivery to our facility is rather expensive or unreliable
- You are reluctant to make the purchase with no one to check the product on your behalf.
How?
- Register here
- Sign in your profile, click your name in the upper right corner, and select Address Pick-up from the drop-down menu.
- Click New Request.
- Fill in package data, address, and sender’s phone.
- An employee of ours will call you to clear details and pick-up price.
- Upon your consent, your request will be processed, and the data will be sent to our team in the respective country to make the pick-up.
- Once we get the package in our facility abroad, it will be entered in your profile and will travel to Bulgaria with the first transport available.
- Pick-up price and shipment fee should be paid when you receive the package.

Additional fee for pick-up from (or thru) downtown London BGN 25.00
Pick-up form ASDA, Tesco, Sainsbury's etc. (additional transport fee on the weght of container applies) BGN 10.00
Germany
This service is available only for Berlin (minimum fee BGN 20 or €10) BGN 4.00 or € 2.00
United States
This service is not available for The US
